Lemon spread is perfect on bread or rusks at breakfast. Use it to fill tarts, cream puffs and cakes, or stir it into yoghurt for a fresh snack. Also excellent as a topping on custard or vanilla ice cream. Stir well before use: a light sediment at the bottom of the jar is perfectly normal.
