Payment methods

Online shop
On the online shop you pay when you order, on Shopify’s secure payment page. You can pay with:
- Credit, debit and prepaid cards from the main networks, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express;
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, from your phone or computer;
- Shop Pay, to pay faster with your saved details;
- PayPal, with your PayPal account or a card;
- Klarna, to pay in instalments under the terms offered by Klarna at checkout;
- Lisita Gift Card, by entering the code on the payment page.
If you choose “Ritiro in sede” (in-store pick-up), you can also pay at the pastry shop when you collect your order.
The methods available for your order are always those shown on the payment page.
Click & Collect and cakes
Click & Collect orders and cakes ordered on the website are not paid online: you pay at the pastry shop when you collect them, at Via Domitiana 262/266 in Mondragone.
Security
Card details are entered directly on the payment providers’ systems (Shopify, PayPal, Klarna), protected by an encrypted connection and compliant with PCI DSS security standards. Pasticceria Lisita never sees or stores your card details.
Invoice
If you buy as a business or professional and need an invoice, request it when you order: enter your billing details on the payment page or write to us straight away at [email protected] with your order number, company name, VAT number or tax code and recipient code or certified email (PEC).
