Gambero Rosso Pastry Guide: Pasticceria Lisita recognised for two cakes

On Wednesday 14 November, in Bologna, the new edition of the Gambero Rosso Guida Pasticceri e Pasticcerie d’Italia 2025 was presented.

In its first year, Pasticceria Lisita enters the guide with two cakes and a score of 80 points.

It is an immense joy for us to receive this recognition, which reflects a great deal of teamwork and the deep passion we bring to what we do.
